Renovation on Airlie.

We took this house out of the early 90's and into the new millennia. Unfortunately the home had not aged well, in particular the living area really let this house down. However we were able to help by relocating the back wall and our client now enjoys an extra 40sqm of living space. To complete the renovation we updated the outdoor area to further increase the live-ability of the home.

High ceilings, changing the golden floor boards to an earthy light brown, stunning custom doors leading outside with automatic louvre roof are some of the highlights of this now very liveable and very appealing Claremont home.
